- Preheat Oven set your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
- Soften Butter let butter sit at room temperature until it is soft to the touch
- Make the Dough cream butter and sugar, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add wet ingredients, mix in oats, cherries and white chocolate chips last
- Scoop the Cookies scooping the cookies ensures that they’re all the same size and bake evenly
- Bake bake the cookies for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until the center is set
- Cool let cool on rack for 5-10 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour Unbleached
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats Old Fashioned
- ⅓ Cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¾ Cup Butter Unsalted
- 2 Eggs Large
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon Ground
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract Pure
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Dried Cherries
- ⅔ Cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Let butter soften at room temperature for approximately 2 hours
- Cream butter and sugar together on medium speed for 3 minutes
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until combined
- Add flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Mix on low speed until just combined
- Scrape down sides of bowl to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined
- Fold rolled oats, dried cherries, and white chocolate chips into batter
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Spray parchment lined baking tray with non stick cooking spray
- Scoop cookies onto tray
- Bake cookies for approximately 12 minutes or until center of cookie is set
- Let cookies cool on baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack
